EAR EXAMINATION AND CONSULTATION.
A feeling of pressure, itching, a blocked ear canal or a change in hearing: ear problems are unpleasant, sometimes painful, and can have various causes. At our pharmacy, you can receive an initial assessment without an appointment. Using an otoscope, we examine the ear canal and the eardrum to determine whether, for example, a wax blockage or an infection is causing the symptoms. We will then recommend the appropriate treatment or, alternatively, refer you to a doctor. The ear check is suitable for teenagers and adults.
Cost: 15.00 resp. 30.00 CHF
Duration: 10-20 minutes
A basic ear check costs 15.00 CHF. In the case of an in-depth netCare consultation, after which we can provide you with prescription medication for your treatment, we charge 30.00 CHF.
- Appointment Cancellation Policy
Booked service appointments are generally binding, and the agreed time slot will be reserved for you. If you are unable to attend the agreed appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule it. In the event of a late cancellation or failure to cancel, we reserve the right to charge a fee of CHF 50.
