If you have a prescription for the hepatitis A or B vaccine, we can bill the mandatory health insurance for the single vaccine. For hepatitis A, you must additionally belong to a risk group (see Swiss vaccination schedule) in order for the costs to be covered. Alternatively, you can send the receipt to your health insurance company yourself. In both cases, the co-payment for the vaccination service is CHF 25. The costs for the vaccination service are also covered by some supplementary insurance policies.
In the case of travel-related and work-related indications, the costs are not covered by health insurance. In addition, the combination vaccine is also not reimbursed by health insurance.
