In the community of Köniz, we offer a free home delivery service for the following locations:

• Weekdays from approximately 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Liebefeld, Köniz, Schliern, Spiegel, Niederwangen.
• Every Thursday from approximately 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Gasel, Niederscherli, Mittelhäusern.
• On request: Thörishaus, Oberwangen.

The home delivery service is available to regular customers who are unable to visit the pharmacy i.e. for health reasons. In all cases, a consultation with a specialist at the pharmacy must have taken place beforehand.

The following ordering times apply:

• If we have the product in stock and you order it between 7:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., you will usually receive it on the same day. Orders placed between 11:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
• If we have to order the product and it is available, you will usually receive it the next day.
