If you need a medical assessment but cannot see a doctor immediately, we offer a telemedicine consultation with a Medgate doctor. The doctor will call you on your cell phone within ten minutes, discuss your concerns, and issue a prescription or sick note if necessary. You can then obtain the prescribed medication or services (e.g., vaccination, analysis, etc.) directly from us. The consultations are carried out by doctors licensed in Switzerland and billed directly through your health insurance company.

If you complete the registration and consultation yourself, this service is free of charge. If we need to assist you with the registration or make a medical assessment during the consultation (e.g., to issue a certificate of incapacity for work), we charge a fee of CHF 9.00.
